now talking to my baby. just came back not long from amk. met up with that kgk fren of mine Edmund after grp study ed Alvin's house. so funny! alvin family thought i his gf !! oops*

oh ya, that edmund, he's stil as tan bai kia as ever. lols. but anw, we caught the movie " Miami Vice" .

SUPER SUCKS !!!!!!!!!!!!! NOT EVEN HALF A STAR!!

whole movie was like.. talk talk talk..kiss kiss dance.. sex..talk..until last part then got shooting all these. no different like counter strike ! i think the cost of making this movie is really peanuts. the whole movie just revolve ard the sea, containers, small houses blah blah. zzzz. some pp even just walk off halfway !!! =x

after that eat supper than go home liao. plan to study til morning then st away go baby house. 6days nvr see him liao.

i got another job opportunity liao ! ed Sentosa do ushering. 2nd is looking for models of ad shoots. steady ^^

青春期豐胸DIY秘笈

第一部曲：飲食篇

1.豐胸食物大公開：

(1)肉類：牛肉、瘦肉等含有高蛋白質，可以幫助胸部肌肉生長。而豬腳和雞腳則有豐富的膠質，能夠促進胸部組織的飽滿。

(2)海鮮：蛤礪、蚵仔都有高含量的鋅及銅，能夠刺激女性荷爾蒙的成長。

(3)蔬類：深色蔬菜如波菜、綠花椰菜以及胡蘿蔔所含的β-胡蘿蔔素，可以讓咪咪變的更健康。

(4)水果：蘋果、哈密瓜都有豐富的膠質，對於豐胸有很大的助益，而最為大家所熟知的當屬木瓜了，其中又以青木瓜最為有效，因其內含豐富的木瓜酵素，可以分解蛋白質，有助於身體對蛋白質的吸收，搭配肉類來食用，豐胸效果最佳。

(5)核果：花生、腰果、黃豆、杏仁、蓮子、芝麻、核桃等，因含有豐富的蛋白質和脂質，因此能夠促進第二性徵的發育。

(6)中藥材：紅棗、桂圓、當歸、淮山、人參及枸杞都具有生津補血、滋陰補陽的功效，對於豐胸頗有助益。

(7)奶蛋：牛奶、豆漿、起士、優酪乳與蛋類，都有豐富的蛋白質，是幫助胸部成長不可或缺的要角。

2.豐胸飲品大公開：

(1)核桃牛奶：材料：核桃仁30公克、黑芝麻20公克、牛奶及豆漿各200c.c.。做法：先將核桃仁和黑芝麻磨碎，然後加入牛奶和豆漿一起煮，待煮沸後立刻熄火，以免牛奶燒焦。如果不怕發胖，可以在熄火後加上少許白糖，以增添風味。說明：此道飲品的材料都具有豐富的蛋白質，不但可以豐胸，還兼具有養顏潤膚的功效。

(2)黃耆紅棗茶：材料：黃耆3～5片、紅棗5粒、冰糖適量。做法：將黃耆和紅棗放入200c.c.的滾水中沖泡後即可飲用。因為黃耆有些苦味，所以怕苦的人可以加入少許冰糖。說明：此道飲品能生津補血、調節內分泌、促進乳房發育。

(3)桂圓紅棗茶：材料：桂圓肉3兩、紅棗10粒。做法：將桂圓肉及紅棗放入2,000c.c.的水中熬煮，至桂圓肉膨脹即可，趁熱飲用說明：桂圓及紅棗具有生津補血、滋陰補陽的功效，所以，常喝此道飲品，絕對能讓你不知不覺的長大喔！

第二部曲：運動篇

除了猛吃豐胸補品外，也別忘了起身做豐胸運動:

1.第一招：(1)站著，雙手握拳置於胸旁。(2)踮起腳尖，雙肘向後擺動，胸部同時向前挺出。(3)重複動作20～30次。此動作可以使胸部肌肉結實、堅挺。

2.第二招：(1)坐著抬頭挺胸，向外張開手肘，雙手夾住一本書，並置於胸前。(2)將手臂向前伸直，注意雙手要夾緊書本，並感覺胸部在用力。(3)重複動作10～15次。此動作可以避免胸部外擴。

3.第三招：(1)手肘彎曲，雙手合十，下手臂併攏靠在一起。(2)雙手向上抬起，注意手肘不可以分開，停住約3秒後放下。(3)重複動作10～15次。此動作不但可以強化胸部肌肉，還可以使手臂的蝴蝶袖消失。

4.第四招：(1)身體平躺，雙腳屈膝，雙手各拿一瓶裝滿水的寶特瓶。(2)先將雙手向左右伸展，注意不可碰到地面，再將雙手向上舉起。(3)重複動作20次。此動作可讓胸部集中，並強化胸部肌肉。

5.第五招：(1)雙手手肘彎曲，並在胸前重疊成口字型。(2)手臂向上提高至額頭前方，然後放下。(3)上下來回重複動作20次。此動作能提高胸部線條，防止咪咪下垂。

6.第六招：(1)站著，雙手各握一瓶裝滿水的寶特瓶，向左右伸展開，並與肩膀平行。(2)接著雙手向上舉，停住約3秒後放下。(3)重複動作20次。此動作能集中、托高胸部曲線。

7.第七招：(1)雙手交叉，互相握住左右上手臂，並抬起與肩膀平行。(2)雙手用力向左右推擠，可以感覺到胸部在用力。停住約4秒後放鬆。(3)重複動作10～15次。此動作可讓咪咪更堅挺、更集中。

第三部曲：小道具篇

1.血循按摩法：按摩能加強胸部的血液循環，並讓胸部的肌肉更緊實。

(1)塑造有彈性的咪咪：A.雙手手背置於乳溝中間。B.雙手同時由內向外劃圈，並輕輕按摩乳房。重複此動作約20次。

(2)塑造堅挺的咪咪：A.右手放在右胸外側。B.沿著胸部外側向左胸以8字的方向按摩。C.重複10次後，再換左手按摩。

2.按摩霜加強法：一般的豐胸按摩霜中因含有能夠增加胸部肌膚緊實感的成分，如馬尾草、木賊、長春藤等，以及能刺激細胞增生、強化胸部肌肉的成分，如紅海棗、黃苜蓿等，因而能夠提升胸部線條，藉由按摩霜加上按摩動作的輔助，能讓胸部組織充分吸收美胸成分！

3.沐浴時，以冷熱水交替的方式，利用水柱的力量，由下往上沖洗刺激胸部，達到活絡胸部血液循環、增加咪咪緊實度的效果。

4.最後,一定要選對內衣 !! ^^v

These days, i've been stuffing myself with studies, studies, studies. I just wanna get busy, and forget everything that had happened the last few days. Time seems to stay stalled. Every second, seems like an hour. Sigh.

But anyway, last Wednesday, i went to catch Forbidden City with my friends! It was really nice ! That was the first time i watch a musical. At first, i wasn't really kinda used to the music, but soon, i got the hang of it and i started to enjoy it. Sad to say, it wasn't Kit Chan who starred as the young empress. It was rumoured that because Wendesday isn't her lucky day !

Hah. If every actress or actor chose only to act on the days they assumed they are lucky, then wher has the professionalism gone? lols.

Aftermath, i went to meet up with baby. I gave up my job opportunity, e one which pays me $15 an hour. I took serious consideration bout this, and in the end, i sms-ed the manager and rejected it. Funny to say, i teared when i sms-ed her. Somehow, i just couldn't bear to give up the sum of money. Hahah. But on the other hand, i somehow feel quite sian to go lah. Exams are ard e corner, and what's more i needed some time with baby. Sigh. Was that a wise decision or not? =

Nothing beats more than the feeling of regret.

Last day of work

Time flies ! Today is my last day of work liao ! Payday !! =DD Baby was nice enough to send me to work this morning then had lunch. This 9days, i really did had a good time. I made new friends, got more exposure to different customers and i think i dealed with them with better attitude this round. (:

Cus td is my last day of work, so whole day i had been eating ; eating all the good food in Bishan ! Hah. I spent ard 15-20 mins queing up for chicken rice for lunch, then evening, 15mins for Pontian Won Ton Mee. It was said to be famous in Malaysia and sold at least 1000 bowls a day ! And guess what? I saw a fucking millipede in my won ton mee. zzz.

Ohoh ~ I got a wonderful job opportunity from my photographer Alvin. It was being a model for the Sony D-CAM Roadshow for 4consecutive weekends. One hour is $15 !! Damn good hor ! And i would get a whole sum of $1000 after 8days. Price stil negotiable man ! Im now considering bout it as the last 2 weeks is during my exam period. *confused. =(

How? Should i go for it and neglect my exams or concentrate on my exams.. =,=??

Aloha ! I finally had some time to do some serious blogging. ^^ I seems to have lost track of time these period and certainly, alot things happened and it dawned on me that i really need to do some reflection of myself.

Had been staying over ed baby's house since last night. Baby brought me to Hougang for Midnight as promised. Aftermath, went home and drank Johnny Walker - Whiskey. Bo bian ! Sgoon North was packed like sardines ! Wanted to chill out ed Liquid Kitchen, but too bad. So in end cooped ed baby's room drinking whiskey.

Kinda pissed me off e thought i had to go to work early in the morning tmr and the day after, school reopens! Time flies huh! =x Shall do some blogging on the previous days yah. AHA, not to worry i will frighten you guys with tons of pictures as i kinda been fretting over the fugly look i've turned into.

Planned to go over to Cine for a movie then Maestro for ice cream but im just too lazy to get out of the house ! Guess Fenmei's porridge made me too full to move. Its super yummy man !!!! =DD Most probably i will stay here and finish up blogging and order pizza ltr. teehees*

Tmr shall be my last day of work. This holiday had passed much faster than i thought. Monday shall start school again and i realised i nvr touched my homework ed all ! Except the A-maths. Guess i've to burn midnight oil on Sunday. Oops ! baby always say im deceiving myself, action speaks louder than words !! hahahaha.

Sometimes, i just wonder.. Some people just like to talk alot, talk about everything under the sun, even the tiniest detail would spark a " beautiful story " out of his mouth. And that person would just continue talking and talking and talking.. And the others around him would find him so crappy so boring, and eventually burst out laughing, thinking that why that person had such brain juice that contains such nonsense !! Unlike the others, his wife would find him so interesting and get engrossed into the topic with him. And poor others, had to be perfunctory with him.

Oh my ~ I guess love is just blind. Everything tat comes out from your lover's mouth seems music to the other party's ears. But to the others, it's just NONSENSE. =x

Are customers always right?

Get some life you dudes. Customers are never ALWAYS right. The importance of good attitude and the definition of good service had dawned upon me after these 8days ed work ed Bishan. Being in the sales line, I knew i had to be prepared to meet unreasonable customers, and nvrtheless, serve them with a smile on my face. But sometimes, customers just take things for granted!

Top 3 things that made me really pissed off :

1) At the start, i've already stated that all the clothes im selling only have one colour. And dammit, as the customer browse through every single tee shirt, she will pop the same question again and again " This one only one colour ah? ". And i have no choice but to reply her again and again " YA, correct " !!

Some customers seems to doubt about what we told them and keep on asking the same old question. Just like people asking the question : " Are you sure all these are made from Korea? not China? " And they are only convinced after seeing the tag underneath the clothe stating " Made in Korea " .

2) As you all guys know that pushcart obviously dont provide any fitting rooms and if you are afraid that the size of the tee might not suit you, you may either slip it on or pay a deposit to go to the toilet and try it on. But some customers obviously know it, but still ask u,

Customer : Miss, here no fitting room ah?
Me : Nope.
Customer : Then how? later size dont suit me how?
Me : You may come back to change the size of the tee if it doesn't suit you. Or rather, you may slip it on here or go to the toilet and change.
Customer : Huh, very troublesome leh...

Oh my! How am i suppose to answer them. Since they asked me if i have a fitting room here, they must have the intention to try the clothes on. Now i have given them another alternative to try the clothes on, then they tell me that its troublesome?!

3) There was one fucking customer who posed such a comical question :

Customer : Do you accept Credit Card? Visa?
Me : Sorry nope.
Customer : NETS?
Me : Eh nope, only cash.
Customer: Haha. Then no cash how? Dont buy ah?
Me : HUH??!
Customer talking to her daughter : (laughing while talking) see, she dont know how to answer my question. haha.

I was like wtf? I cant believe she's actually asking such a stupid question. If you do not have any cash on hand , then jolly well go find an ATM machine and withdraw some money or dont buy ! And i have no obligations to answer such a stupid question. It seems like an offence to reply "HUH" to her. Gosh ~ This world definitely stil have those" jia pa kuey eng " people existing !!

So guys, if one day you think the salesperson hadn't been attending to your needs, do some reflection upon yourself first before you accuse him/her ! It may be your own attitude which made the salesperson pissed off. Sometimes, we salesgirl really want to serve you sincerly, but sometimes, you guys are just asking such ambiguos questions and redundant actions that made us just so ^%$#@!

Sigh. People in the sales line are pathetic indeed. =(



3rd sun - Baby came to fetch me from work today again. I made him angry again. I got off work early and went to try on some lingerie ed Seiyu. Then i din realised my phone was off and he waited very long for me. But this time, i didn't grumble a single bit and i stil coax him ! Im so glad that i din flare up ed him and stil admitted that i was wrong. Yay, this is the first step to sucess ! Im gonna give baby the best of me from now onwards ! =p Baby's mummy bought crabs home and i had a clumsy time. I dont know how to eat ! But i love to eat. Ridiculous hor? Cus last time always is my mummy peel for me de mah !! hahaha. =p

4th Sept Mon - Aww. Sales was bad today. And my boss kinda was unhappy. Sigh. I tried my best, and its a Monday k! What you expect? Business is hard now i know, but you nvr give me comission, the sales i got today was counted as good liao. Sigh. I went home with Mummy today. Baby was busy, then i went to Bysi to try on some clothes. Saw Andrea today !! ^^ Long time no see her ler. Kym aso drop by and acc me awhile. Hees.

But anw, there's one retard came up to me and asked if im 21. I said nope. And he thanked me and walked away. Wtf?

5th Sept - Tuesday : Sales was good today and my boss treated me to drinks. Hah. Should i be happy or not? lols. Saw dickson and his gd. Wow. I realised i realy hadn't been keeping in touch with all my friends. All had change so much that i couldn't recognise. I think i gonna meet baby less and rekindle my friends circle. lols.

There was one retard customer who came to ask me if the singlet i was selling had any sleeve or not? I was like.. Wtf? It was obvious that a SINGLET had no sleeve and she could jolly well see that for herself right !

But on 2nd thought, maybe the Auntie was trying to ask : Does this singlet come in any other design with sleeves? HAHA.

My boss actually asked me not to wear too sexy to work. Aiyos. Damn paiseh. When i worked in office last Jun Holidays, the operations manger also complained to my boss, saying that i wore too sexy. =x

Dammit. Im fucking pissed off by how Elite handles things. The bottle of Chivas we placed ed Elite pub on Baby's birthday actually disappeared. I dont know if the manager purposely took the Chivas away or just threw it away or whateva. All i know is that the Chivas still have 3/4 left. And i was planning to go and take it back during this few days so i could have a drink after work.

And then? Im really so pissed off after hearing that!! =x

6th Sept - Wednesday : Hah, everyday there's at least one funny or ridiculous customer for me to rant on. There was this auntie who claims that L size was too small for her. But later, she asked me to get a M size for her. Gosh ! What's talking her? =x

Caught the movie " The host" after work. I rate it 3/5. Quite comical in some parts. I realised something.. Koreans love to push and beat each other head ! So violent hor ! Now dear's is trying to imitate them and does that to me everytime. Ouch ! =(

Everything went well until when on e way back, disagreements arose again. Sigh. Baby, i hope you could give me some time. You cant expect me to change my temper overnight. Im trying really hard now. I give you my word k.

Sigh. Bro should be in Tokyo now. Hope he buys some nice souvenirs for me this time.

7th Sept - Thursday : Nothing much happen. Baby stayed ed home to reformat his com. Im alone again.
